The villa has 3 sets of patio doors opening across the back onto the south facing pool and terrace, with fantastic lake view! Imagine waking up in the morning and stepping out into the sun, or relaxing and admiring the waterbirds from the master bedroom. This room also has cable TV, and a large ensuite with Roman style bath, twin vanity units and an over size shower! The walk in wardrobe has a safe for guest use.
All the bedrooms have ceiling fans, lamps, laundry baskets, chairs, lots of storage space, and are beautifully decorated. Master 2 , with a shower room, has a view of the front garden, unoverlooked.
One of the twin bedrooms is professionally decorated in a colourful Disney theme, and the family bathroom, with 2 vanity units and a shower over bath, is tastefully equipped to compliment the theme.
There is special provision for the youngest - travel style cot, and baby linen, stroller, highchair, baby swing, babywalker, car and booster seat!

The American kitchen is extremely well equipped for full cooking, or for snacking, and overlooks the dining area, which together with the lounge, is decorated with a jazz theme.
There is a cable TV, music centre and DVD player, and lots of books and CDs to make your holiday soooo relaxing!
Seating is a king size sleeper sofa, matching love seat and chaise longue., plus chair and there are 2 small child seats in the main bedroom which can be used as small child beds in that room
Patio doors from both these areas open out onto the fantastic pool area which has a BBQ, and lots of pool side furniture so you can enjoy your days in the sun, and evenings relaxing with a drink, and the excellent view!!!!
The shallow end of the pool is entered via steps with a tropical planter alongside, and the pool gradually slopes to 6 depth at the deep end, with rester seat , and fountain water feature. So lots of fun in the water and sun!

Sunset Lakes is an ideal location, being so close to Disney, yet hidden away, located around two lakes, and surrounded by conservation. There is a fishing jetty with pretty gabezo overlooking the largest lake. An amazing opportunity to observe varying wildlife, throughout the seasons, brings sights of regular visitors such as turkey buzzards,coots and ducks, herons and ibis, the American cormorant, and the elegant sandhill cranes, which come to promenade around in pairs! The occasional sightings of otters, and turtles adds to the wildlife scene.
There is also a larger communual pool with cabana, for the dedicated swimmers, a jogging track along the top, and a totlot childrens playground for the youngest family members!
Sunset is always extremely well cared for, with its tree lined boulevards, and landscaped gardens ,and very valued by its community members, and even decorated colourfully especially for the Xmas season!

If you like nature or have small children, try Kissimmee Downtown, and its lakeside vista, with childrensplayground. and ice-cream van, an old train carriage!
Or visit the nature reservations , near the Kennedy Space Centre, out on Merrit Island find alligators ! in the wetlands........and sea birdlife on the protected endless Atlantic beaches (small charge for beaches).

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster.
