Our home is located within easy reach of all the major local attractions that Orlando has to offer - Walt Disney World, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Wet & Wild to name but a few. We are also close to the I4 which can take you an easy drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa and the beautiful beaches on the Gulf coast.

There are numerous shopping facilities close by including the Orlando Premium Outlets for all those looking for a bargain and the famous Mall of Millenia.

There are many world famous golf courses all within an easy drive too as well of lots of excellent local courses less than 5 minutes away for the sporting among you.  

 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find walking, golf.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying.
