Windsor Palms has a 7,500 square feet clubhouse containing a convenience store and comfortable lounge area. It has a fully equipped gymnasium and a games room. In addition to that wonderful array of facilities it even has it's very own 58 seat on-site cinema. A shuttle (small charge) to the major parks runs daily for those not wishing to drive.

A gate-house at the entrance to Windsor Palms is manned 24 hours to ensure your privacy and security. The more energetic guests will appreciate the convenience of two on-site tennis courts.

The wonderful range of on-site activities is completed by a children's play area, a sandy volleyball court and a basketball hoop. There is also a picnic and barbecue area.

 

 

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 single sofa beds located in the fold away. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque, a tennis court.
