Come stay at our luxurios villa! set in the beautiful. Just recently purchased and re-modeled throughout! new carpets,tiles, paint, furniture and equipment. there is a top of the line cable package with around 300 channels! DVD's and PS2.
Oh and a breakfast bar to die for! it really was the buying point for us. it can seat 12 very comfortable. Great for all the family to gather round play games or dine. there is a separte dining/lounge area which is great for the adults to chill out. the games room is always a hit with the kids and the dads!
Lake Berkley is a great resort. very family orientated and great facilities. fishing, swimming, tennis, basketball & gym.
The resort also boast a beach! it has a fab play area and BBQ spot.
Wal-mart just a two min drive away and is open 24 hrs! ( you could walk there) There are loads of more shops and restaurants very close. our favorite 'Ruby Tuesdays'.
You do however need a car. Although there is public transport, its not that great.
My boys love the fishing. Rods can be pick up really cheaply at Wal-mart. and there is a resident Alligator! Honest!
 

Disney World is only a ten minute drive away. once there you have access to Epcot, Animal Kingdom, MGM studios. & the Magic Kingdom.
Sea world is about 20 mins away and is absolutley our favorite.
Bush Gardens is about 45 mins away but well worth it.
15 mins takes you to International Drive. great place for shopping and restaurants. and many more parks and attractions.
Best shopping mall? Orlando Premuim Outlets by far! 

Many people have choose to get married at Lake Berkley.
Around the large lake is a pergoda that is absolutley beautiful. The lake and the beech make a fabulous back drop for your wedding pics. 

The Pool deck looks out onto a beautiful lake with a conservation area backdrop. there are three fishing lakes at the resort and all can be used without licences. There are some spectacular wild life on view.

The villa comprises 7 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 15 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside fishing, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, golf, historic sites, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, flying, horse riding, scuba diving, a museum.

We have returned safely, as have all our faimilies. We enjoyed so much our vacation and your home was perfect. from the time we arrived on June 10th until our departure on June 17th we had a great time. My six grandchildren enjoyed the pool. my oldest enjoyed mostly sitting outside playing his guitar, or strolling around playing for us. the men enjoyed the bigh screen TV, in particular my husband who watched the golf match. they had a great time feeding us. You see, two of my sons and my husband fancy themselves as great chefs. We did eat well. Other than going to the Disney parks everyday, we enjoyed the Medeivel Castle event which is located two minutes away and walmart is certainly close and convient.
I have already received the $300 check security deposit. thanks for your promptness. We did have to call the people to fix the bannister that was loose and asked for the pool timer to be reset for the evening and they were very prompt and courteous about taking care of it.
All in all we were very pleased and appreciate your lovely home to help our family reunion and vacation.
