This is a lovingly furnished four bedroom family villa with private pool in the quiet Davenport Lakes Community situated just less than 10 minutes from Disney Resort. Fully air-conditioned throughout with four bedrooms, two bathrooms, dining area, large lounge, fully fitted kitchen with a further small dining area, double garage, separate washing machine & tumble drier room, and best of all, a sparkling blue pool to relax and enjoy yourselves in.

4 beds plus cot and 2 bathrooms means that your group of up to 8 people + infants can have a very comfortable stay, it is far cheaper and more luxurious than an hotel with plenty of space for everyone to enjoy their home away from home. There is a fully equipped kitchen with electric range, large fridge/freezer + icemaker, microwave, dishwasher, glass top table with four chairs and telephone.

The Master Bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with double sinks, garden tub & walk in shower. The patio doors open directly onto the pool area. The Master Suite has a telephone, Cable TV, VCR player, chest of drawers and matching bedside tables with bedside lamps, large walk in wardrobe and Ceiling Fan. The First & Second Twin Bedrooms have Cable TV, built-in wardrobes and a Ceiling Fan. The Queen Bedroom has Cable TV, a telephone, built-in wardrobes and a ceiling fan.

There is also a large enclosed lanai over the sparkling pool with seating area, chairs & loungers. We also have "Noodles" to play with in the pool. For Security there is a safety fence around the pool to prevent children wandering unattended into the pool area. The gardens are laid to lawn and the back fence is nicely entwined with beautiful scented white jasmine for privacy.

We also offer high speed Internet& WIFI facilities. Our Management Company is on call 24/7 to look after all your needs.
 

Our home is located within easy reach of all the major local attractions that Orlando has to offer - Walt Disney World, Universal Studios & Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Discovery Cove, Wet & Wild to name but a few. We are also close to the I4 which can take you an easy drive to Busch Gardens in Tampa and the beautiful beaches on the Gulf coast.

There are numerous shopping facilities close by including the Orlando Premium Outlets for all those looking for a bargain and the famous Mall of Millenia.

There are many world famous golf courses all within an easy drive too as well of lots of excellent local courses less than 5 minutes away for the sporting among you.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television satellite/cable. The music system will play radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, a east facing garden, a east facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
