The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

philip says: " The location of the villa is excellent it only takes about 15 minutes and you are in Disney, the villa is in a cul-de-sac, so you do not get many cars and it is very quiet. The pictures on the web sight do not really do the villa justice, it is a lot bigger than it looks on the pictures. There were only 3 of us and rally it was a bit of a waste. You could easily fit 6 to 8 people. I would have no hesitation in returning to this villa. We loved it. "
