Our villa is located at Terra Verde, a gated resort community of 3 – 7 bedroom properties completed at the end of 2004. Guests are able to enjoy all the facilities that it offers. Located on Poinciana off highway 192 at marker 10, the resort is within easy distance of the attractions of Central Florida, Disney, Universal and Sea World to name a few. For guests arriving at Orlando International there is an easy 21 mile drive including the small detour to collect our villa instructions. There are no keys to return at the end of your stay.
The clubhouse houses the concierge office, cyber café, fitness centre, sauna and spa, whilst outside is a resort size pool with sun deck and loungers. A tiki hut, beach volley ball court, kids play area with climbing rock together with a stocked fishing lake adds to the impressive list of facilities.

For your safety and security the gatehouse is manned 24/7 and the villa has an alarm system

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 3 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
