The gated community, Calabay Parc at Tower Lake, is 15-20 minutes from Disney. The community is located just of the I4 in Davenport, which makes it ideal for all of Orlandos attractions, as well as Central Florida as a whole.
The community has a fishing pier and a clubhouse (to be built). The builders are reknown for their attention to detail, architectural details and build quality.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 2 double sofa beds located in the Living room & den. This gives room for up to 13 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.
