Regal Oaks is a brand new gated townhouse resort located directly behind Old Town Kissimmee and is an ideal choice for visitors to the major attractions of the Orlando area.

The pool complex which offers zero entry, a hot tub and extensive sunbathing terraces is expected to be completed by the end of March 2008. On-site check in/guest services and a 'tiki bar' for snacks and refreshments will also be provided at this time. Swimming towels are provided free by the management company but availability cannot be guaranteed. You may therefore prefer to provide your own.

The clubhouse will be constructed during 2008 and the facilities introduced in stages as completed. However, the close proximity to Old Town and Hwy 192 provides a wide choice of alternative restaurants, bars etc during this period.

Our house is located within two minutes walk of the resort facilites including the clubhouse which offers indoor and outdoor dining, fitness centre, spa and games room. Fitness activities and spa treatments may incur additional cost.

Local shops, including a Publix, are a short walk from our house.

The restaurants, bars, childrens and adult rides and mini golf of Old Town are within a five minute walk. Staying at our house avoids the parking problems when visiting the very popular car cruises and bike nights.

Resort staff are available to provide assistance throughout your stay. 

The open plan ground floor living accommodation is fully equipped for your stay.

There are two master bedrooms (one king and one queen), both ensuite on the first floor. One master bedroom has a small balcony. A third twin bed room is on the ground floor and also has its own full bathroom. All bedrooms have large walk in closets for clothes and storage.

All main rooms have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

All linens for the house are provided for your stay.

A safe is available in one of the master bedrooms.

Cleaning charges for stays of 7 nights or more are included in the price.  

A security deposit, administered by the management company, of $250 (per stay) will be payable locally. The amount may change without notice.

Daily maid service is available at an additional cost of $45 per day payable locally.

Kennedy Space Center, Busch Gardens, the Atlantic and Gulf coasts are approx 1 hour from our house.

A resort fee of $10 per day will be charged locally by the resort management company. 

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the house cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The house has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The house is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, a balcony, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside swimming, tennis, a sports center, a restaurant.

Close to the house you will find flying, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find fishing, horse riding, a museum.

The large pool complex has a lazy river, waterfalls, water slide and children's play area.

Review submitted by non-Villarenters customer: I stayed at this home in October 08. It is in a great location, within easy walking distance of Old Town Kissimmee and within a short drive of all the 192 has to offer and also all the theme parks, especially Disney. The house itself is very clean and comfortable and is in a quiet, well maintained estate. The management office is just around the corner from the house and the staff there are friendly and helpful, as are the owners, the whole booking process was very easy. The pool wasnt finished when we stayed but looks as though it is going to be lovely when it is, and not too far from the house too. I will stay here again on my next visit to Orlando.
