The entire villa is fully AIR CONDITIONED/HEATED and in addition there are ceiling fans in the great room, Master bedroom and on the covered lanai.

The pool is set on an extended pool deck and is enclosed by a screen which ensure that insects and leaves cannot get in but the sun rays can. The covered lanai / porch has plenty of luxury pool furniture and offers excellent shade, whilst the extended south facing pool deck and pool ensures that sun-lovers have sun all day. There is also a gated child safety screen to the pool which can be removed if not required.

Situated on Highway 27 Highgate Park is only 10 minutes from Orlando's premier theme parks such as Walt Disney World and Universal Studios, as well as an abundance of championship quality golf courses, malls, beaches, a whole collection of fantastic attractions, and easy access to all of Orlando's main highways, make this the perfect base for your dream vacation in the Florida Sun!

There are plenty of restaurants within a few minutes drive and an excellent Publix and Wal-Mart supermarket 5 minutes away.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
