Our stunning executive family home is brand new for summer 2005 and offers 2100 square feet of
fully air conditioned living space which is perfect to accommodate up to 8 guest in comfort .
There are 2 large double bedrooms which have king size bed in the 1st and queen size bed in the 2nd
and both feature large en suites with shower and baths and twin sinks.
There are a further two bedrooms with twin beds and a 3rd bathroom.
This bathroom has direct access to the pool area.
All bedrooms have ample closet space.
Our bright and spacious kitchen has all the modern appliances that you may require along with
a side by side fridge and freezer with built in water and ice dispenser.
Next to the kitchen is a breakfast nook and there is a formal dinning area for 8 guest in comfort.
The lounge area features a large t/v with cable, DVD player and Wii system and games along with a
22 inch computer with internet access and free calls to the UK/US/CANADA.
The lounge has sliding patio doors that lead out to the spacious lanai and over sized pool deck.
The pool is 30ft x 15ft and be heated at request during the colder months at additional cost.
Pool furniture sits outside on the lanai for you to enjoy the Florida sun with free use of pool towels.
We have a games room for everyone pool table,darts,air hockey and football table.
All rooms have featured ceiling fans including the lanai.
There are fire alarms around the house along with the main alarm system on the house which can be used at night whilst you
are in the house for that additional piece of mind.
The house has a non smoking policy and no pets allowed for you added comfort
The community also features a tennis court and childrens recreation area with a cabana.
The local area has one of the best golf complexes around and features 2 full 18 holes courses desined
by Greg Norman and is also home to the David Ledbetter golf academy.
We are ideally situated 7 miles from Disney and 1 mile from champions gate, with shops and supermarket 5 minutes from
the house. Also has a number of restaurants, China one,subway,pizza house, Macdonalds, Chilles. and pharmacies, 2 gas stations.
The house is 30 minutes from Orlando international airport. 5 minutes to the US 27 and 1-4 interstate road which will take
you to all the attractions Orlando has to offer along with all that shopping malls and Restaurants etc.




 

The shops for all of your needs are only 5minutes drive. There are also plenty of restaurants whithin 5-10 mins drive, International Drive is 15-20 minutes drive where you will find great shopping including the great malls where you will find hundreds of shops.You will also find Disney,Epcot, Animal Kingdom within 15-20 minute drive.
The roads are very easy to use and well signed posted and most of the attractions lead from the same road, going through the very impressive Champions Gate where you have golf, shops and more restaurants which is just around the corner.  

The house is around 2000 sq feet , it has four bedrooms which two are master bedrooms with very large bathrooms with showers,baths, double basins and lots of floor space, there are also two further twin bedrooms. It has a fantastic kitchen and great dining area for all of the family, the pool area is oversized and has a large area to cover from the all year sunshine in Florida. The pool is very big and can be heated for an extra charge. There is a fantastic games room a full size pro Pool table,
Air hockey,Table Football, and a Dartboard, great to keep the kids happy while you put your feet up and relax from the long days at the parks and all that non stop shopping for great bargains Florida has to offer.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
