A warm welcome awaits you at this attractive Mediterranean style home. Spacious and well appointed this home can comfortably accommodate upto 10-12 people.
**Even the most luxurious hotel cannot compete with the space and amenities available in this large, fully air conditioned property.
**Centrally located, only 15 minutes to all the excitement of Disney World
The Villa is stylishly furnished and well equipped. With 5 bedrooms - including 2 master suites, both of which have the added luxury of king size beds, separate living room and dining room. For your comfort and enjoyment cable TV is available in the living room and in all bedrooms.
The kitchen has it’s own breakfast bar and is well equipped for your convenience, including cooker, microwave, large fridge/freezer with icemaker, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and all utensils.
The master suite on the ground floor has the added luxury of an ensuite bathroom containing both a bath and a walk in shower. It also has access to a private courtyard, where you can enjoy breakfast al fresco, or a glass of wine at the end of a busy day.
There is a second master suite on the first floor, also containing an ensuite bathroom, again with a walk in shower.
There are a further 3 bedrooms, each with twin single beds and a sofa bed is also available in the living room. If required.
For everyone’s pleasure the screened pool and spa area is the perfect place to relax after a hectic day at the theme parks, or on the golf course.
Comfortable poolside chairs and loungers are provided for you to enjoy the Florida sunshine during the day, as well as to dine al fresco during those balmy summer evenings. The extended patio and pool area is fully screened to keep insects out, but let the sun in, allowing you to relax and sunbathe!
The Villa is on a private lot, which means that it is private and not overlooked. In addition, for the safety of our younger guests and peace of mind for the older guests, a child safety fence is provided.
Pool and spa heat is available at an additional cost
If more activities are required, then make use of the game room with it’s pool table, air hockey and darts. Alternatively, take advantage of the on-site Clubhouse and its facilities, which you can use free of charge. These include a fitness room, indoor children’s playroom, large lounge with high speed internet access, tennis court, sand volleyball court and children’s outdoor play area.
