The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 6 double and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 12 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

J says: "While we had some issues, overall our stay was relaxing and enjoyable. Our rental location had been switched at the last minute due to an AC problem at the original rental location but the alternate property was well situated with a nice lot with greenspace in the rear and working AC. The villa was well appointed, with all the required ammenties, and some bonuses (games room for the kids). The house was clean and well maintained. The problems with the pool/spa heat were quickly corrected by the management company. Overall, a nice stay in a central location. Thank you."
