Our beautiful fully air-conditioned 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, bungalow with pool and jacuzzi is located in a new and quiet residential area, just a short drive to Walt Disney World and all other main attractions. Athough very close to everything you will need for a fantastic holiday , relaxing on the pool terrace ( which is screened for your protection from insects) enjoying the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful view it will feel like a million miles from the attractionsEnjoy a swim in the sparkling heated pool, pamper yourself in the invigorating Jacuzzi, or just snooze on one of the sun loungers provided. Pool/Jacuzzi Heating is optional and is charged at £20/$30 per day, it is generally required between Nov and April but is at the renters request.
We would just like to add that this is a strictly non-smoking villa and therefor we insist that you DO NOT SMOKE INSIDE THE PROPERTY AT ANY TIME. We as a family do not smoke and are committed to keeping it that way for future guests. We appreciate your understanding regarding this matter. 

Our home is in the relatively new development of Liberty Village, between Cumbrian Lakes and Eagle Point which is situated just off Poinciana Blvd,Kissimmee. You will find the home in a very quiet and private cul-de-sac with wonderful views of water and wildlife.
A short drive takes you to every conceivable amenity. Just minutes away you will find Supermarkets (Walmart,Publix,Target) Shopping Malls and stores of every description.Cinemas, Restaurants, Fast Food outlets, everything to keep the whole family entertained. Most importantly just a 15 minute drive takes you to the worlds most famous pleasure resort..."Disney World"..need we say more!

The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need a large American style fridge/freezer with automatic ice maker, fully automatic electric cooker, microwave, and dishwasher, ample cupboard space which contains all necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils. - The laundry area has a washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The open plan living room and dining area as you can see from the virtual tour are tastefully decorated and furnished . Relax on one of the two comfortable settees and admire the views through the rear patio doors, which give access to the pool area, or navigate the numerous channels available on the cable TV system.We also provide FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS WHICH CAN BE USED TO BROWSE THE NET OR MAKE INTERNET PHONE CALLS. A skype phone is provided.
For those feeling energetic you can always jog around the block or play basketball on the drive! or you can even fish at the bottom of the garden! (permit requires and please return any fish caught!!!)
 

The villa has tranquil water and conservation views. The abundance of wildlife that can be seen from the pool area is amazing considering that only 15 minutes away from everything! Depending on the season you can see wild turkeys, eagles, raccoons, armadillos , an abundance of fish and most of the time the resident (small) alligator !!!dont worry they can all be seen from the safety of the pool cage and they do not approach the villas!!!! The home has without doubt the best lot location in the Liberty Village development. Situated on a very quiet cul-de-sac the pool and spa have a south-east exposure which gets the beautiful Florida sun until late afternoon.(4:00pm)

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
