Our beautiful fully air-conditioned, 4 bedroom, 2 bathroom, bungalow with pool and jacuzzi is located in a new and quiet residential area, just a short drive to Walt Disney World and all other main attractions. Our home offers the "Best of Both Worlds". Guests can relax on the pool terrace area, which is screened for your protection from insects, and enjoy the peace and tranquillity of the beautiful view. Take a refreshing swim in our sparkling, heated pool, pamper yourself in the invigorating Jacuzzi, or just snooze on one of the sun loungers provided. Pool/Jacuzzi Heating is optional and is charged at £10 per day, it is generally required between Nov and April but it is at the renters request 

Our home is in the new development of Liberty Village, between Cumbrian Lakes and Eagle Point which is situated just off Poinciana Blvd,Kissimmee. You will find the home in a very quiet and private cul-de-sac with wonderful views of water and wildlife.
A short drive takes you to every conceivable amenity. Just minutes away you will find Supermarkets, Shopping Malls and stores of every description, Amusement Centres, Cinemas, Restaurants, Fast Food outlets, everything to keep the whole family entertained. Most importantly just a 15 minute drive takes you to the worlds most famous pleasure resort..."Disney World"..need we say more!
 

The kitchen area is fully equipped with all the appliances you will need a large American style fridge/freezer with automatic icemaker, fully automatic electric cooker, microwave, and dishwasher, ample cupboard space which contains all necessary cutlery and kitchen utensils. - The laundry area has a washing machine and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. The open plan living room and dining area as you can see from the virtual tour is tastefully decorated and furnished . Relax on one of the two comfortable settees and admire the views through the rear patio doors, which give access to the pool area, or navigate the numerous channels available on the cable TV system.
If you're feeling energetic you can always play basketball on the drive!

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The Villa is a single level home and has easy access and private parking. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

We stayed in this immaculate villa for 6 week's in March/April last year.
Obviously brand new and beautifully furnished we couldn't have asked for a nicer place to spend our extended break from the cold! Close to everything you need (Disneyland,shopping malls,restuarants etc)but is quiet and private at the same time.Pool area is just fantastic with lovely views of a lake and conservation.Thank's for a lovely time.
