Little T
Little T is a 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home with pool in a quiet gated community.
We have1 ensuite rooms, 1 double & 1 twin room and 2 seating areas.
It is also adjacent to our 5 bed home so ideal for large family holidays without everyone being on top of each other.
All doors to the pool area are alarmed and have safety fences to protect young children.
The villa is fully air-conditioned and all rooms incl games room & lanai have ceiling fans for extra comfort.

Welcome to our home
Enter the home into the large open plan lounge /dining/kitchen area. The main lounge has 2 large comfortable sofas, coffee table, Cable TV and DVD player (selection of films provided). The 2nd lounge area has large sofa, coffee table, reading lamp and books & games.
The kitchen is fully equipped incl Fridge/Freezer, Dishwasher. Stove, Microwave, Coffee Maker, Kettle & Toaster and crockery & cutlery for indoors and outdoors.
The dining area has table & seating for 6.
The master bedroom has King size bed, Cable TV, alarm clock, enormous walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with twin vanity sinks. bath with shower over, hairdryer and separate WC
The 2nd bedroom has Queen size bed, walk in closet and Cable TV.
The twin room has Mickey theme and has twin beds, walk in closet and soft toys.
The games room has Foosball Table, Basketball game and Air hockey.
There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & ironing board.
There is a further cloakroom with WC and vanity sink.
Our pool area has a pool which can be heated during colder months(additonal charge). The deck area has sun loungers and pool toys are supplied for children.
There is also a covered lanai with table & chairs for 6 for relaxed dining.
The pool area can be accessed from both the lounge and dining area.

Little T is in a quiet gated community in Kissimmee but is only minutes away from hundreds of shops, restaurants and attractions on US192.
We are appx a 10 mins drive from Disney Main gate so ideal for all the Disney Theme Parks, Water Parks and Downtown Disney shopping.
We are also appx a 10-15 min drive from Sea World and Discovery Cove(where you can swim with Dolphins). These 2 parks are a few mins drive from International Drive which again has a large selection of shops, restaurants & attractions.
Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure are a little further away being around a 25 min drive.
Florida is not just about theme parks, if you have a car why not get out and about and visit the coast and other attractions?
If you fancy a day at the beach, Cocoa Beach on the East Coast is around a 45 min drive whilst Daytona Beach and The Kennedy Space Centre are around 60-75 min drive.
On the West Coast St Petersburg and Clearwater are both popular destinations.
We are appx a 10 mins drive from Disney Main gate so ideal for all the Disney Theme Parks, Water Parks and Downtown Disney shopping.
