Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2.5 bath 2-story townhouse located in Emerald Island Resort in Kissimmee, Florida. Our townhouse which is located just 3 miles from the Disney World Main Gate. Our townhouse is located close to the pool and clubhouse. There is a nature reserve is in the back of the townhouse, meaning you have a nice quiet area in the back. In September, we just added $1000 of new furnishings to our place (new bedspreads in all bedrooms, memory foam pad for full bed, egg crate matress pad in the master bedroom, new coat of paint in the room with the two twin beds, new area rugs, new patio furniture and much more).

Our rental includes unlimited domestic and international calling. Talk as long as you want, it is on us! The masterbedroom has a queen size bed. Another bedroom has a full bed and a third bedroom has 2 twin beds. There is also a pullout couch in the living room.

Emerald Island has a large clubhouse with a sauna and steam room, a meeting room for informal gatherings, a game room, workout room, and computers for guest access to the internet. If you have your own laptop, the clubhouse has high speed Wi-Fi for guests to use. Professionally staffed by the concierge service, the clubhouse is your stop for parking passes, attraction tickets, restaurant reservations, discount booklets and more. The swimming pool, hot tub, and tiki hut are all located located just outside of the clubhouse.

Our townhouse is located in the third group of townhouses from the pool and clubhouse. So it is close enough to the pool that it is easy to get to, but far enough away so that you will not hear any noise from it while you are in our townhouse. There are also tennis courts, a beach volleyball court, and a children's play area for you to enjoy. Adjacent to the clubhouse is a nature trail for walking, jogging, or biking that winds through the community's natural woodland setting.

We have been renting our townhouse through a management company, but would like to start renting our home directly, where we can pass the savings on to you. We will match any other offer you see on a 3 bedroom townhouse in Emerald Island.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a east facing patio area, a east facing balcony, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
