Description
The Bonita is a family friendly vacation villa located in the gated community of Emerald Island resort less then 3 miles to Disney. Our home is both safe and lots of fun. With our motto being “if the children are happy the adults are also happy” we provide fun activities for all ages. For our youngest guests there are 3 portable cribs, high chair, 2 baby monitors, exersaucer, 2 strollers, baby toys and a safety gate in pool area. For our guests who can have a bit more fun we have a games room with ping pong and foose ball, Playstation II with games, Game Cube with games, toys, books, puzzles, movies, and a pool with pool toys. For our adults there are private bedroom suites, 1 king and 3 queen size beds, private baths, TV’s with DVD players, movies, Dart board, Texas Holdem game, golf near by, pool and spa, pool lounges and a blender for those special drinks. All located less then 3 miles from Disney , 15-20 minutes from both Sea World and Universal Studios, and 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport. 

Emerald Island, surrounded by a wildlife conservation area, consists of over 300 acres, including a large shady area
of natural woodland right in the middle of the community. Only a few miles from Walt Disney World and a short
walkor drive to shopping and dining, this resort serves as a haven from the outside world, yet it is central to
everything that Central Florida can offer.
The large clubhouse and luxurious heated swimming pool are the center of activity for the community. Free use of
sun loungers and a large deck area make it a perfect spot for a days sunbathing.The clubhouse has something for
everyone including a spa with hot tub, sauna and steam room, a meeting room for informal gatherings, and a
computer for guest access to the internet.Staffs are on hand to assist with dinner reservations, attraction tickets
or transportation.
Emerald Island Resort has 3 bed and 4 bed townhouses, as well as villas with private pools. Villas range in size up
to 7 bedrooms, allowing parties of up to 16 guests to stay together. Vacation townhouses are quickly becoming the
hottest trend in home-away-from-home travel luxuries. They offer every convenienceof a hotel room (towels,
cleaning service, cable TV, clubhouse amenities) plus all the benefits of your own home, including state of the art
kitchen appliances, full dinnerware and glassware sets, cookware, and your own personal laundry room

The villa comprises 6 bedrooms in total; 4 double, 2 twin and 1 cots. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the family room. This gives room for up to 14 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 6 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 14 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center, a food shop.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, flying, mountain biking, horse riding, golf, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing.
