VILLA BETTY BOO is only 2 minute walk from the pool complex and clubhouse, located in a quite street. We have cable tv in all rooms and a telephone free local calls.


VILLA BETTY BOO has 4 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms, the 2 master bedrooms are ensuite with the 2 twins sharing the 3rd bathroom.The first Master bedroom upstairs has a hugh king size bed with cable tv and large bath with shower, it also has has a walk-in wardrobe. The second master is downstairs and has a seperate enterance, with cable tv also. Both Master bedrooms benefit from their own private en suite bathroom. The 2 twin bedrooms have cable tv's and share one bathroom upstairs. All wardrobes are doubles.


VILLA BETTY BOO has a fully equipped American kitchen and a utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer. The lounge/Dining Room has dining table with 6 chairs 2 sofas and a coffee table, this room leads onto the patio. There are ceiling fans in most rooms also.

VILLA BETTY BOO has a utility room, with washing machine, tumble drier, ironing board & iron. The downstairs queen room has it's own enterance & can be used independantly from the house.

regal palms is located on Hwy.27 in Davenport, 10 minutes from Disney, 20 minutes from Universal & Seaworld. Orlando International Airport is just 30 mins. drive with Sanford 50 minutes.

LESS than a 2 minute walk from the resort is a large Publix Supermarket selling everything you could possibly need for a villa holiday (try the hot fried chicken, the kids will love it!) They even sell English beer & cider! On the same site there is Chinese & Pizza take out resaurants, plus a new Applebee's homestyle restaurant. There is also a nail bar, Englisg pub showing live sports from around the world, along with a bank, post office and pharmacy. With Walmart just 2 minutes down the Hwy.27 from us.

A MERE 5 minutes drive on the Hwy.192 there is an abundance of restaurants, including the Outback, KW Kools (excellent oak grilled steaks) Hoolighans, Carabbas, Kobe Japanese plus many many more, all great value and quality food.

Shopping in Orlando

Where do you begin, Orlando is a shoppers paradise, 10 minutes from Regal Palms on the I4 is Orlandos Premium Mall with many designer outlets such as Ralph Loren, Kenneth Cole Hugo Boss to name but a few! Or you can choose from the Florida Mall ( 25 mins) the new Premier Mall (old Beltz 20 mins) and there is also the Millenium Mall (25 mins)

 

Regal Palms has a 2 1/2 acre Waterpark with slide & lazy river. There is a clubhouse with restaurant, sports bar, gym, games arcade & internet cafe.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 4 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The villa has a sauna.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls and a fax machine. Recreational activities available with the villa include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
