The villa is so comfortable you will be torn between the relaxing holiday and all the attractions nearby. 

The pool area is comfortably furnished with sunbeds, table, chairs and BBQ. It is screened by shrubs for privacy from the neighbours.

The area is covered with a mesh for keeping out little bugs and annoying wildlife. This still allows for the sun to enter and for an even tan.

The pool can be heated if necessary but is comfortably warm for most of the year. It has a shallow end with steps into it and there is a seat under the water on the side of the pool that allows you to sit waist deep in water and enjoy the pool and the sun.

There is a screen that can be pulled around the pool when you do not want the children to get in.

This light and bright villa is fully airconditioned with plenty of seating in the living area. The TV has over 50 channels and there is also a DVD and video and a selection of books.
The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, toaster, kettle, oven, hob, microwave, coffee preculator, blender and double sink with waste disposal.
The villa is all on one level with 2 master bedrooms with double beds and ensuite facilities. There are an additional 2 twin bedrooms sharing a bathroom

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, golf, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, fishing, climbing, flying, walking, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, wind surfing, cycling.
