The two smaller bedrooms have an interconnecting bathroom, one of them has twin beds and the other has an english sized double bed, each room has storage for clothes and TV’s.

The lounge area has a comfortable sofa that pulls out into a sofa bed suitable for 2 people, 50” Plasma TV with dvd player and Cable TV.

The pool area has 2 large deck areas with also a fairly big pool and spa. The deck areas has sun beds and tables and chairs for perfect relaxation.

 

Situated on US Highway 27, just 20 minutes drive to attractions such as Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios, it is ideally located for touring Florida’s theme parks.

Southern Dunes PGA golf course is only one mile from the villa, Tower Lake’s large jetty area also offers anglers a place to fish.

For shopping there is a Wal-Mart Super Centre within a 5 minute drive. Orlando Premium Outlets and Mall of Millenia are located 20 minutes away on I-4, which itself is only a 5 minute drive from the villa.

A car is essential in orlando!! Almost everywhere you go you will have to drive.

US highway 27 is fast becoming the new and modern 192, Up and down the 27 are plenty of restaurents and supermarkets if you fancy dining out.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The door to the front and the back have been fitted with ramps for easy wheelchair
Access. The inside of the villa is very spaceious so the wheelchair user can easily move around.

Users and have requested all these requirements from the builder .

 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a zoo, a themepark.
