Set in the beautiful gated community of Tower Lake you have 24 hr security and access to all communal facilities including lake fishing and the club house, currently under construction. The complex is perfectly places for all attractions with Walt Disney World 20 minutes away and Universal and Islands of Adventure, Sea World, Wet and Wild and numerous excellent rated golf courses and shopping malls all within a 30 minute drive. Your local amenities are also just minutes away. There’s a 24 hr Walmart for all your essentials, a pharmacy, bank, numerous other shopping establishments and countless places to eat and drink including a British pub serving traditional British food and beer, at reasonable prices, and showing British sports so you don’t miss the football results!

Pool/Patio Area - Patio doors lead onto the poolside where you will find a covered area with ceiling fan as well as open patio space with seating for 10 and 4 sun loungers. The whole patio/pool area is covered by protective netting to keep the nasty bugs out! There is also removable child safety fencing around the pool and a lockable W/C.

Master Bedroom with en-suite – Patio doors to poolside, queen size bed, satellite TV and en-suite bathroom containing separate bath, huge walk in shower and W/C. There is also a lockable walk in closet (please note any items left and locked in here are at your own risk). Stored in here you will find a cot & linen, highchair, child safety gate for the top of the stairs and a baby monitor.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Den area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a sports center, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, historic sites, a museum, a themepark.
