This beautiful gated community is just 1.5 miles (2.5km) from the gates of Walt Disney World. This Clubhouse features a huge lagoon-style pool complete with water slide and hot tub. Windsor Hills offers a variety of recreation & activities for all ages including children's playground, state-of-the-art fitness center, sand volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, 40-seat movie theatre, video arcade and billiards. The resort offers a shuttle bus services to Walt Disney World, Sea World and Universal Studios (local charge applies) 

It is also in close proximity to the large lagoon-like community pool with its own water-park style waterslide, Jacuzzi and water fountains, which is ideal for both adults and children.The pool and clubhouse can be accessed through the purchase of a six dollar refundable pass-card from reception/sundry shop. This is not an extra fee but rather an extra security measure to ensure that only residents and guests have access to these facilities. The six dollar charge will be refunded when the pass-card is returned to reception/sundry shop on the day of departure. The Clubhouse and Sundry shop are open from 10am to 10pm. 

Our Town home features a King size bed in the Master Bedroom, Queen size bed in bedroom 2 & twin beds in bedroom 3. It has a fully fitted kitchen with cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker, crockery & utensils. It also has a full size washing machine & dryer plus iron and ironing board. The sitting room has a large Sreen TV , a DVD player and a music centre. One of the sofas converts to a double bed should you need to accommodate for that extra sleeping space. There is cable TV in each bedroom . The Town Home has a screened in pool.The resort itself is truly outstanding, so having all this on your doorstep, not to mention numerous theme parks up the road will make your vacation a truly memorable one.  

Windsor Hills Resort vacation home rentals includes the resort style amenities unparalleled by any in the Disney World vacation area. Some of the magnificent features of this gated community include a luxurious water park pool with fountains, waterslides and a spa, separate toddler pool, tennis, basketball and volleyball courts as well as a children’s playground. The enormous clubhouse over-looking the pool is stocked with billiards tables and a video game area, a sundry shop, fitness room with top of the line fitness equipment, high definition surround sound movie theater. The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television video, dvd. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
