All you need to think about is planning the perfect day in the sunshine whether it be having fun at the theme parks or a relaxing day at home.

In the evening you could take in a show at Downtown Disney only 10 minutes away or chill out in the villa with a home cooked meal from the well equipped kitchen. You can keep in touch with the folks at home - bring your laptop as we also provide free Wi-fi internet access.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
