This Cape Sable model luxury family vacation home has 3 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You may enjoy 1160 square feet under cool air conditioning, or head out onto the covered porch featuring your own PRIVATE POOL for a little time outside.

You can expect a fully equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, and even an electric can opener. There is a washer, dryer, bath towels, bed linens, housekeeping small amenities, vacuum cleaner and a hair dryer. An alarm clock radio is provided, along with remote control cable TVs featuring free HBO, ESPN, and CNN.

Only a few steps away is our fabulous clubhouse, where you can take a dip in the community pool, work out in the fitness facility, check on your email at the Cyber Cafe, or order a refreshment at the Tiki Hut. Kids will enjoy an outdoor play area, and adults will love the nature trail, which winds through the community's natural woodland setting.

Westridge

Westridge is located along Highway 27 between Highway 192 and the Interstate 4. Both highways are an easy five to 10 minute drive. Walt Disney World Resorts main gates are approximately a 15 minute drive.

The Westridge community offers a wonderful mix of full time residents and short-term rental homes. The homes are nicely spaced in a landscape of gently rolling hills. This community consists of two newer areas called ‘The Manors’ and the more established main area . If you are a golf enthusiast you may choose to play a round next door at Highlands Reserve, or even try Greg Normans new Champions Gate Resort and Golf Complex which is just minutes away, as are numerous other courses.

All air-conditioned villas have at least 2 bathrooms, one of which is ensuite, a lounge and dining area, cable TV, DVD and/or VCR, telephone, a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and tumble dryer, private swimming pool (pool heating not included), sun deck with patio furniture. Depending on Star Rating, additional amenities are available.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
