Our villa is set in the exclusive tree lined estate of Hampton Lakes which is only 15 minutes from Disney and 5 munutes from supermarkets. On the way back from the park you will find an abundance of restuarants - a different one for every night if you wish with some of these restuarants only minutes away. As for shopping if you don't find what you are looking for from the Designer Outlets on the 192 then at the nearby Buena Vista shopping centre plus the Florida and Millium Mall you will be sure to find all the the shopping you could possibly want. The estate is lovely and peaceful and if you have enough energy at the end of the day there are tennis courts, a volleyball court. and a communal swimming pool.  

There is 2800 sq ft of living space with double vaulted ceiling in the living area. The whole of the downstairs has been tastefully tiled and refurnished to a high standard. It has has all the luxuries of a high class hotel but with privacy to relax and enjoy your holiday at your own leisure. Enjoy all day sunshine on the extended deck by the 28ftx14ft pool with adjacent spa. It is fantastic when you come back from a busy day at the parks just to relax by the illuminated pool with a drink. There is a privacy fence around the garden and a safety fence for the pool.

The very large games room has a full sized pool table with seating for around six people, it's own TV and Playstation 2

There are three dining area - the main dining room, the breakfast bar and everyones favourite out by the pool.

The first master king bedroom has its own ensuite, double vanity, walk in shower and separate bath. It also has it's own dressing room.

The second master king bedroom has it's own ensuite with walk in shower and wardrobe.

The queen bedroom has it's own ensuite with large closet.

The two twin bedrooms share a bathroom and one is Disney themed for the kids.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
