The villa with its distinctive Mediterranean architecture with Floridian accents, barrel-tiled roof and stucco finish is situated in an exclusive community called VILLA SORRENTO. It is on the US 27 opposite Calabay Parc at Tower Lake and adjacent to Southern Dunes. There is a quick and easy access to the Disney Theme parks via I-4 (thus avoiding the commonly congested 192)

THE VILLA - Total area 2456sq ft

The villa is spacious and offers on the ground floor: a family/living room, kitchen with breakfast bar, an informal dining area in the kitchen, a formal dining room, utility room, downstairs cloakroom, double garage; first master bedroom (King) with en-suite, first twin bedroom, second twin bedroom, en-suite bathroom(3rd) shared by the twin bedrooms.

Patio doors from the living room and master bedroom lead to the patio deck, pool, Jacuzzi, pool shower and pool bathroom.

Large quadruple doors lead from the formal dining room to a private and secluded courtyard.

Stairs lead to the second master bedroom (Queen) with en-suite on the second floor.

All the rooms are beautifully furnished.

FAMILY ROOM

The family room has comfortable three seater sleeper sofa, a love seat and a single seater sofa.
There is a 32” Colour TV, cd /cassette player, Playstation 2, stereo and DVD/VCR Combo. It also has a coffee table and two end tables and beautified with unusual pictures and tropical wall decorations.

KITCHEN/ BREAKFAST ROOM

Kitchen is fully fitted with 18 cu ft refrigerator with icemaker/crusher and water dispenser, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, waste disposal unit and all utensils are provided. There is a Breakfast bar with seating for 4 people.

There is also a Breakfast Room (nook) with table & chairs for 4-6 people.

FORMAL DINING ROOM

In addition to the breakfast room there is a formal dining room equipped with a dining table and six chairs and decorated with pictures, wall decorations and plant decorations.

MASTER BEDROOM

King size bed, colour TV, night stands, en-suite huge corner bath, large walk in shower, his ‘n’ hers vanity units, large walk in closet, separate cloakroom. Patio doors lead out to the pool.

QUEENSIZE ROOM

Queen bed set and frame, night stands, colour TV, en-suite bath, large walk in closet amongst the other decorative aspects.

In addition to the formal dining room, the property also benefits from a nook (eating area) that sits up to 4 and a breakfast room that sits up to 4 people. There is a good sized secluded and secure courtyard ideal for barbecue and should you want an alternative area to relax with your family or friends.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed located in the Living Room, 2 double sofa beds located in the Living Room. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.
