The standard of the Villas, they are built to a very high standard, and the management of the estate were an important feature. The Home owners association ensures standards are maintained by all owners, whether they are full time residents or part time, like us.

We wanted a private, safe, gated community for friends, guests and ourselves.
Tower Lake provided everything we were looking for in a holiday community.
 

Being near the lake is a beautiful place to be located and the sunsets are wonderful.
Location, Location, Location. We wanted a property away from the older more populated areas of Orlando & Kissimmee, where there is much more traffic.
Somewhere easy to find was important with good road access to all of the amenities of Orlando.
Being right next door to a golf course was important (Southern Dunes) but there are so many excellent courses near by, all reached very easily.
 

Self catering needs good local shops. Within 2 minutes are Wal-Mart, Walgreen’s (Pharmacy) and other shops to provide the essentials. The usual fast food outlets are all in the same area, as are banks, Blockbuster and Petrol stations.
There are many visitor attractions in addition to Disney, Universal & Seaworld. Cypress Gardens, Fantasy of Flight and other specialty attractions near by and are great days out.
A car is essential to make the most of the area. 

A club house, by the lake, is scheduled for completion early 2009. Will offer bar, restaurant and gym.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Everything on one level. Our disabled Mother has recently visited and had no probelms. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private west facing swimming pool, a west facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, sailing, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, golf.

Close to the villa you will find water skiing, flying, a museum, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a zoo, a theatre/cinema.

10 excellent golf courses within 15 minutes drives, many more with 25 minutes.
