Florida - the sunshine state - has become one of the most popular holiday destinations for British sunseekers. Few other places offer such a wonderful
combination of good weather, high quality accomodation, excellent food and a vast range of things to do. The Orlando area is one of the main entertainment areas
of the world with the many Disney theme parks, Universal Studios, Sea World, golf courses and plenty more. To the east lies the Kennedy Space Centre where you could witness the launch of a shuttle or unmanned spacecraft. To the west lies the city of Tampa, Busch Gardens and the sun drenched beaches of the Gulf Coast. To the south lies the Everglades, one of the many National Parks in Florida, and St. Augustine to the north is one of the oldest cities in the United States.
Another big advantage Florida has is that it's a highly affordable destination. You can taste the American lifestyle for not much more than you'd pay for a couple of weeks in the Med. With many flights from all areas of the UK, central Florida as a holiday destination is a must - there is so much to see and do, you will want to return again …….and again !
If you haven't been to Florida before, prepare youself for the holiday of a lifetime.
 

Choosing a villa gives you the freedom of your own house. You can come and go as you wish whilst staying in a quiet secluded community. You have the use of your owned screened, heated swimming pool together with the use of the larger community pool and tennis courts.
Rental prices include cleaning of the villa prior to your arrival and again after your departure. Extra linen is provided if it's required. All towels are supplied except for beach towels. Electricity and water charges and state taxes are included, as is the air conditioning. However, there is a charge for pool heating should you request it.
Arrangements can be made with the management company for cots, cribs, high chairs or a rollaway bed to be supplied, if required, at a small extra charge. A phonecard is supplied for those first few phone calls.
Even though you are completely independent in the villa, you are only a phone call away from help or advice if needed. Both the management company and myself will only be to pleased to help should you request it.
 

Loma Vista is located just off the US27 and Interstate 4. From these two roads all parts of Florida can easily be reached.
To the north east lies the many attractions of the area. Disney World, situated off US192, can easily be reached using the quiet back roads in about fifteen minutes. Slightly further away lies Universal Studios and Orlando which can be reached in about thirty minutes. The Gulf Coast and Kennedy Space Centre are both easily reached in under two hours.
The nearest supermarket is situated off county road 54 and at the junction of this road and US27 there is a garage and a pharmacy, all just a few minutes away.
Restaurants can be found at the junction of US27 and the I4 at Baseball City or along the US192. Attraction tickets may be obtained through the management
company - see details in villa - or from an information kiosk, the nearest being on the opposite side of the US192 at its junction with county road 545, Old Lake Wilson Road.
The Loma Vista community lies in north east Polk County adjoining orange groves for which Florida is famous. From its elevated position the surrounding
countryside can easily be seen with views towards Old Town Kissimmee and to Disney World, where the firework displays can be seen in the distance most evenings. Although the main Florida highways are closeby, the area remains very peaceful.
The villa itself is a four bedroomed bungalow, carefully furnished in the Floridian style and offering luxurious accomodation for up to ten guests and of course
is fully air conditioned.
There are two double bedded rooms and two twin bedded rooms with a sofa bed in the lounge to accommodate a further two guests. The master bedroom has its own bathroom attached. There are two lounges, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and a further bathroom.
Emergency lighting is installed, as is required by local laws, and all bedrooms are fitted with interlinked smoke detectors.
 

Views over the surrounding countryside and towards Disney. The tennis courts are communal. The private swimming pool is heated for which there is a small charge.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, access to a shared north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find boat hire, fishing, walking, cycling, golf, a zoo, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, flying, horse riding.
