This luxury 4 bedroom villa with own pool and games room is situated on the prestigious gated community of Highgrove less than 10 minutes from Walt Disney World Theme Parks and attractions.
A former model home, it is furnished to a high standard and would be ideal for a large family or two smaller families to share ( as it has two Master Suites), being able to accommodate up to 10 people and has its own private screened pool overlooking a large green retention area.

Highgrove itself is located in a peaceful area 6 miles west of Walt Disney World where U.S. 192 meets Hwy27, making it easy to find and giving easy and direct access to all the Disney attractions, shops, restaurants and many golf courses. On site facilities include a fabulous clubhouse with a reception, gym, internet room, play room,
tot lot and a large communal pool and spa. all this is available for your use at no extra cost. 

Our luxury villa comes complete with all modern amenities including 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms ( 2 en suite), a fabulous games room, a fully fitted kitchen, air conditioning and heating throughout, smoke and security alarms, 6 T.V.s including a 50" L.C.D.with a Home Theatre and a selection of C.D.s and D.V.Ds , a Playstation 2 with games, and a luxury screened south west facing pool and patio which catches the suns rays all day long. We also offer free use of a cot & bedding, highchair and a stroller.

FAMILY ROOM

Our villa has a large open plan seating area containing 2 large sofas and to keep everyone entertained you will find a 50" L.C.D. T.V. with Cable and a Home Theatre System with a selection of C.D.s and D.V.D.s allowing for relaxing evenings away from the Theme Parks. Patio doors ( with child alarm) allow direct access out on to the pool deck as well as letting in plenty of sunlight and providing a great view.

KITCHEN & DINING AREAS

The large modern fully fitted kitchen comes complete with all the latest amenities including a large cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, large selection of crockery and cutlery, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maching ( essential for those early morning rises for the Theme Parks.)

MASTER SUITE 1

The first Mater bedroom is located at the rear of the villa and overlooks the pool deck. It has a fantastic queen sized bed and a luxurious en-suite bathroom complete with a large walk-in-shower. There is a large closet and drawers while additional luxuries include a TV with cable with built in D.V.D./C.D. player , hair dryer and a clock radio. The final touch of elegance is your own private access via patio doors out onto the pool deck.

MASTER SUITE 2

The second master bedroom is also located at the rear of the villa but is on the opposite side of the villa. It has a King sized bed and and an ensuite bathroom complete with a large walk-in-shower. As with the first master, additional luxuries include hair dryer, clock radio and a television with cable and built in D.V.D./C.D. Player and a large walk -in-closet and drawers, There is also a set of digital bath scales ( useful for checking baggage allowance !).
The en-suite bathroom allows direct access out onto the pool deck and doubles as a poolside shower room.

BEDROOMS 3 & 4

Bedrooms three and four each contain two single beds, a built -in closet and drawers in each room and a television with cable T.V.
Located conveniently between the two rooms is a shared Jack n Jill en-suite bathroom. The front part of the bathroom that the two rooms each lead into has a large mirror and washbasin, The rear part which is separated by a door contains a toilet and a bath/shower unit.

GAMES ROOM

The villa has a fabulous Games Room which contains a 7ft Pool Table, Air Hockey Table, Table Tennis Table, electronic Dartboard ( which heckles) and 27" t.v. with Playstation 2 and Playstation games and gaming chair, There is also a selection of games.

All bedding and towels are provided.



 

POOL AREA

Our Villa has a lovely 14" by 28" pool, surrounded by a large patio which includes a covered lanaii and is furnished with a table and chairs for lunch and cool drinks and luxury padded sun loungers for soaking up all that sunshine.
Unlike many villas our pool deck has a lovely view over a lawned retention area, giving a good degree of privacy and receives sun until dusk making it a great place to watch a Florida sunset.
The pool is screened to keep out any bugs ( but this does not affect your tan in anyway)and is serviced weekly. Pool toys are provided for the children young and old and the pool can be heated ( recommended from October to March) at an additional charge.
For additional peace of mind should young children be staying in the villa, all doors leading out to the pool area are alarmed. The final feature of the pool area is the poolside bathroom ( door alarmed) which is accessible from the pool deck without the need to enter the villa and a supply of pool towels in the poolside bathroom.

Highgrove is ideally situated at the the end of the 192 just on HWY27 making it easy to get to all the attractions - Disney 8 minutes, Celebration and Old Town 10 minutes and the lakes of Clermont 25 mins and the beach and Space Centre an hour or so away. A Wal-Mart Superstore selling absolutely everything is just over the road and many golf courses close by. Our Villa is the perfect base from which to explore the many attractions and will provide you with a luxurious and peaceful haven to relax and enjoy Floridas wonderful sunshine. 

THE PRIVATE POOL OVERLOOKS A LARGE GRASSED AREA. THE VILLA HAS A FULLY FITTED GAMES ROOM, 50" TV AND HOME THEATRE SYSTEM. FACILITIES AT THE CLUBHOUSE INC A LARGE SWIMMING POOL , A GYM, COMPUTER ROOM , GAMES ROOM AND REGULAR EVENTS.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin, 4 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the LIVING ROOM. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table, table tennis.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private swimming pool, access to a shared swimming pool, a patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
