We would like to welcome you to our beautiful vacation villa located at the highly desirable gated community of Highgrove. Forget the cramped rooms of the average hotel and opt for the luxury and comfort of a beautiful home.
As you enter the villa you find yourself in a very modern, large open plan living area comprising a formal dining area, a comfortably furnished living room with a 55” HD TV and VCR/DVD player. A collection of DVD’s are there for your convenience should you tire of the endless channels on offer.
The large kitchen is fully equipped with all the modern appliances, opens to a breakfast area and is fully integrated with the living room allowing full access to activities and conversation with the rest of the family/friends during preparation of food.
Two double French doors, one from the breakfast area and one from the living room lead to the lanai and pool where you will find a full range of comfortable patio chairs and tables. The lanai is completely netted to protect you from tropical insects. The large pool is professionally cleaned and checked weekly. For your comfort and convenience there is a full shower room accessible both from the pool deck and the living room. Separate pool towels are provided. Each door leading to the lanai/pool deck is fitted with an obligatory child alarm to protect any younger members of the party.
A utility room has a full size washer and separate tumble dryer and access to the double car garage.

Upstairs the first bedroom on your left is the very spacious and comfortable master bedroom with king-size bed and full en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, separate bath, wash basin and toilet. The bedroom also has a combi 27” TV/VCR/DVD.
The second bedroom has a queen-size poster bed and a combi.TV/DVD.
Bedroom three is also furnished with a queen size bed and has room for a baby crib if necessary.
The fourth bedroom is a twin bedded room. The family bathroom with bath/shower, toilet and basin is also upstairs.
All bedrooms are very tastefully furnished and you will find that throughout the house the décor reflects an African travel theme from drums and exotic plants to lion, elephant, palm tree paintings, to the clever leather look travel crate which houses the TV in the Master bedroom.

Our home is conveniently located for shopping and travel to the Disney parks.
The main Disney entrance is a short 7 miles along the 192.
Walmart is almost opposite, within walking distance or a short drive from the villa, a Publix is just 7 minutes drive along US27. A number of nice restaurants are within easy reach and numerous establishments do fast food deliveries right to your door. All sports activities, e.g. golf, tennis, fishing etc are in the vicinity of the villa.
Less than a hundred yards away the Highgrove Clubhouse offers wireless internet facilities, gym, arcade games room, a family games room including a full sized pool table and coffee available from 8:00 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. daily, also there is a very large swimming pool with spa.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Every effort has been taken by the owners to provide guests with everything they could need and more during their stay. Our children loved swimming in the villas private pool or the short walk to the lovely resort clubhouse where they took part in activities and met new friends.
