Our luxury villa is ideal for a two family holiday and with a sofa bed, it is possible to sleep a maximum of 10 people. Towels and linen are provided. The kitchen and laundry areas are fully equipped with all the appliances that one would expect in a home of this calibre. There is also Cable TV, a DVD player and music system in the lounge and telephone with free local calls and international calls (no mobiles). High speed internet connection is available. There is a games room with pool table, table football and darts. Enjoy a leisurely swim in your private heated pool any time and al fresco dining in the warm Florida evenings…The sun deck and pool are south facing and look out across grassland to tree-line, which means you have maximum sun all year round.  

The master and second bedroom each have queen beds and spacious en-suite facilities; they also have their own doors onto the pool area. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have twin beds each and 1 cot ; they share a bathroom. All bedrooms have built in wardrobes and 3 have TVs. Towels and linen are provided. We have a pool table, air hockey table, an electronic dart board and foosball in the games room. The pool looks out across grassland to a wooded area. We have recently had the pol relined and have a colour changing light for the evenings. We have a safe for your valuables.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

There is wheelchair access, although we do not offer specific aids. There is a step into the double shower in one master suite. 

The villa is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking.

Close to the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, golf.
