Our apartment is located at the prestigious Bahama Bay Resort found nestling on the banks of Lake Davenport in one of the best locations in Central Florida. The resort is the perfect choice for families wishing to have the space and comfort of a vacation home whilst enjoying all the facilities the resort has to offer, and still being within 15-20 minutes drive of Walt Disney World.

The resort offers 4 heated swimming pools, 6 hot tubs, children’s pool area; a man made beach on Lake Davenport, full service spa and salon, sauna, 24 hour gated security, 17,000sq. ft. Clubhouse, pool bar and grille, Tradewinds restaurant, fitness facility, DVD rental, internet access (at the Clubhouse), children's games room.
 

The apartment offers 1,232 sq/ft of space and is located on the 2nd (UK 1st) floor of a 3 floor building. It has recently been refurbished (2008), including new furniture throughout, new carpets and all rooms re-painted. It features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, central air conditioning and comfortably sleeps 6/8 people. The apartment is located in building 7 and is only 2 minutes walk to the nearest pool and Clubhouse.

The apartment comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living room. This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The apartment is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a shared swimming pool, a west facing garden, a west facing balcony, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the apartment you will find golf, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the apartment you will find shopping areas, a themepark.

Kevin says: "The resort and accomodation was perfect for all of our needs. The accomodation was squeaky clean, big enough for all 5 of us to be comfortable and was fully supplied with all the household gadgets to cover most peoples requirements. The resort was lovely too...well looked after with a nice bar and pool at reception where we could have a relaxing drink and a bite to eat after the theme parks while the children played in the pool until quite late in the evenings. A good way to finish off a long day! We didnt have time to explore the walks or use the restaurant as it was a theme park crammed holiday, but would have loved to as it all looked very appealing. We would definitely consider returning and Ive already spread the good word to many of my friends and work colleagues.
