Palm Trees is a luxury 4 bed villa with pool and large garden. The villa is professionally furnished to a very high standard throughout. It is very spacious ( 2600 sq. ft, larger than most 5 bed villas) and fully equipped for up to 10 people. Palm Trees is in the peaceful Four Corners community on the H27. It is only a 10/15 minute drive from Disney, and there are plenty of shops and restaurants within a couple of min. on the H27 and also all along Highway 192 - 5/10 minutes away. There is a large choice of golf courses close to the villa, including Championships Gate - 5 min away. Palm Trees is family owned and regularly used by us for our own holidays. We like our comforts and so maintain the villa to a very high standard - updating every 6 months. There are lots of luxury features included in the price that cheaper villas don't have. Our local management team are on hand 24/7 to help with any problems you may have.




Living Areas:
Downstairs the main living area is open plan. There are two separate lounge areas with a double sofa bed and entertainment centre in one section with new 46" screen TV . There are plenty of very comfortable sitting areas and two dining areas. The exceptionally well equipped, large kitchen, with beautifull slate floor, has a breakfast bar for quick snacks and all the items you need from fridge to icecream scoop and cooker to tea pot. From the kitchen and dining area patio doors lead out to the pool and large garden. The pool has a removable child safety barrier. There is a gas B.B.Q and garden furniture on the decking for relaxing and out door eating. There is also a shower room with toiletand utility room with a washing machine and drier. A new games room was added in 2006 with table football, pool, electronic darts, 20" child's bike and lots of children's toys and puzzles.


Master Bedrooms:
Upstairs the spacious master suite has a romantic, king sized, four-poster bed, a cable television, full bathroom - with bath, walk in shower, and a large walk in closet/dressing room. There is a second double bedroom with a cable television


Other Bedrooms:
There are two twin bedrooms, one with a playstation 2, DVD player and two futher television. One of the twin rooms has a Disney theme with colourful lighting and toys. There is a further full bathroom - with shower and bath. A cot and high chair are available if required at no extra charge. There is also an upstairs nock - a quiet area for reading equiped with books and info. and maps on Orlando / Florida etc.


Exterior:
Palm Trees has a private 27' pool - with optional heating and underwater light The decking area has loungers and table and chairs for out-door eating. There is a gas B.B.Q. The pool has a removable child safety net. Beyond the pool area is a large garden - unusual fpr Florida! The villa has no rear neighbours and the large garden to the rear gives the pool a sunny aspect. An ideal place to watch the sun go down after a day at the parks or on the beach.


Location & Surroundings:
Palm Trees is in the Four Corners community only 10/15 min from Disney. It is a few minutes from to the Interstate 4, J 55, making it easy to get to both the Gulf and Atlantic coasts. The new residential estate has been well built featuring high quality villas. The villas are well spaced giving an open feel to the area. It is ideally located close to a variety of golf courses and is only five minutes from renowned Champion's Gate. Four Corners is a beautiful estate in a sought after location

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, access to a shared north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.
