3 seater bed settee with 2 chairs and coffee table. The bed settee opens out to accommodate 2 people.

Formal dining area
Includes table & 6 chairs.

Kitchen & breakfast area
Includes oven & hob with separate microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, blender, toaster. A table and 4 chairs provides an informal dining area or breakfast area. A laundry area is also located here with washer and tumble dryer, ironing board and iron. A door leads to the double garage.
 

Master bedroom
Includes a king size bed with 2 bedside lockers, storage unit and r/c television. A door leads to the covered lanai area and pool.

Ensuite facilities include double wash basins, a separate enclosed shower cubicle, bathtub, w/c, walk in wardrobe and hairdryer.


Bedroom 2
Includes a double bed, locker, storage unit, mirror and built in wardrobe.

Bedroom 3
Includes 2 single beds, locker, mirror and built in wardrobe.

Bathroom
Both bedrooms 2 and 3 conveniently lead to the bathroom which includes w/c, wash basin, bath and shower.
 

Swimming pool
The fabulous freeform swimming pool can be accessed from the main living area or the master bedroom. A covered lanai area also includes a table and chairs and some sun loungers. The pool also has a children's safety fence around it.

The pool can be heated for an additional charge.


Community area
Mission Park is a recent development and benefits from a communal area which includes a swimming pool, childrens play area and basketball court.



 

The Living area features digital cable TV (over 200 channels) DVD player and separate Hifi with CD, tape and radio Free WIFI & phone calls ! We have recently installed a high speed broadband connection (up to 7Meg), this is provided through a wireless router. In addition to the broadband connection we have also installed a Vonage phone systems which allows voice calls over the internet. This means free calls to landlines in the US and UK. Calls to mobiles and premium rate numbers will be chargeable.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 single sofa bed, 1 double sofa bed. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

This is a non-smoking villa

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool. If you are driving there is a garage.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying.
