Our second/TOP! floor condo is professionally decorated with very comfy furniture, provides a fully-equipped kitchen, separate dining area, great views from main living areas, and in-unit washer and dryer with all the little extras you could possibly need, including HI-SPEED internet, 2 cable tvs, printer/scanner/copier, AND separate ground-floor storage unit with 2 sets of bikes, clubs and loungers for your use ! Its only 25 minutes to the gulf/beaches on our bikes ! As attested to by our guests both returning and otherwise our unit is very clean, well-organized and provides a secure/safe feeling ...

 

Plenty of conveniences (groceries, 24-hour Walgreens, ATM, fast food, bus/FREE trolley service, etc) all within walking/biking distance ! With fine dining, entertainment, outlet shopping malls, etc. just a short trip away ....

Not that youll want to leave the Gardens HUGE pool with large sundeck, jacuzzi, fitness center, beautiful clubhouse, and pool table are within 100 steps of our condo ! Or just walk the meticulously landscaped grounds and enjoy the fountains, lakes and wildlife ! All in a gated community !And no eight-lane highways to contend with here at the Gardens at Beachwalk ! The apartment comprises 1 bedrooms in total; 1 double. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the living room. This gives room for up to 2 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The apartment has 1 bathrooms and 1 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the apartment cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The apartment has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the apartment include a home gym, a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 4 in the living room and 4 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
