Welcome to our luxury, tastefully furnished and fully equipped home. Built in 2004, the villa is fully air conditioned, has its own heated pool and is surrounded by a fence for privacy. With 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms the Villa can sleep 10 people comfortably. In addition, for the convenience of guests with babies or toddlers, we provide a Cot with bedding, a high chair and a buggy. The villa has a High Speed Wireless Internet Facility. All linens and utensils are provided, including towels that can be used for beach or pool use. Ceiling fans are installed throughout

The screened pool area (Pool size 28’x 12’) contains 4 sun loungers and a small table. A further four chairs with table are situated under the covered patio. The pool area contains both an external and pool light. Plastic beakers are provided for use by guests in this area.

The ground floor comprises of a large lounge which includes a dining area. There is a separate open plan family room and kitchen, and an ensuite master bedroom.

The lounge contains a 3 seater sofa, 2 seater sofa, television, video and DVD. The adjacent dining area seats 6. An additional folding table and 4 folding chairs are located in the garage for use if more seating is required. There is also a selection of books and games available for guests

The open plan family room with adjacent kitchen, contains a queen sized /3 seater sofa bed, 1 armchair and a hi fi system. The breakfast bar seats four. Within the kitchen are a free standing electric oven, microwave, fridge/ freezer with ice maker, dish washer, coffee maker, electric kettle and electric toaster and a waste disposal unit. All cooking utensils are supplied.

A small laundry room containing a washing machine and dryer, is situated adjacent to the downstairs ensuite bathroom. An ironing board and iron are stored in a nearby closet.

The Downstairs master bedroom has a queen size bed, television and armchair. The bathroom contains bath, shower, toilet and basin set in a vanity unit with a large wall mirror.

The 4 remaining bedrooms are situated on the first floor. The master bedroom has a king size bed, television and walk in closet. The ensuite bathroom contains bath, shower, toilet, twin wash basins set in a vanity unit, with a large wall mirror. The third bedroom contains a standard size double bed. All double bedrooms have linen baskets and hair dryers. The upstairs master suite also has a set of hair straightners. Bedrooms 4 and 5 each contain 2 single beds and are themed for children. The third bathroom is also situated upstairs and serves the remaining three bedrooms. It has a bath, shower, toilet and basin set in a vanity unit with a large wall mirror.
 

Our Villa, which backs on to a small lake, is situated in the Hamlets, a quiet gated community of 51 homes in Kissimmee. Located just 500 yards off the 192, east of Disney we are only 10 minutes from Disneyworld, 15 minutes from International Drive and 20 minutes from Universal Studios. There are numerous restaurants and supermarkets close by along the 192. We are also within 15 minutes to various shopping Malls and a golf course, with a number of other shopping malls and golf courses slightly further away. Orlando International Airport is approximately 30 minutes away.  

While there are a number of theme parks in close proximity, Disneyworld, Universal Studios, Seaworld, Discovery Cove, etc. International Drive, also close by, can boast several attractions and exhibitions such as Titanic. In the vicinity of the villa, there are numerous themed evening meals with entertainment, such as Medieval Times or Al Capone. Further afield on the east coast is Kennedy Space Centre . Also along that coast is Cocoa beach, Daytona beach, and jacksonville with a number of historic sites. Alternatively why not visit the gulf coast, Clearwater and St Petersburg are both popular destinations and should be reachable within 2 hours. A further attraction is Busch Gardens  

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Lounge. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 9 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing patio area. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find flying, golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a theatre/cinema.
