Our home is in a woodland conservation area which the swimming pool overlooks, making it a very private & tranquil location at Tuscan Ridge on US27. A Countryside retreat that is only 15 minutes away from the theme parks.

We are only 15 minutes from Disney World, a short distance from Sea World Orlandoand Universal Studios plus all the other numerous attractions.

Swim with dolphins at Discovery Cove right next door to Sea World Orlando.

If you are a golf person, there are lots of golf courses in the area.

Tampa Bay, Busch Gardens, Daytona Beach and the Kennedy Space Centre are all less than 1 hour away.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the LIVING ROOM. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 11 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Our home is all on one level making it easy for wheelchair access.
We do not however have special appliances in the toilets or at the poolside. 

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, panoramic views, interesting views, a barbeque, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
