Sunridge woods is a peaceful and tranquil community following traditional America ideals where homes were built on large lots with plenty of space surrounding homes.

This 5 Bedroom villa features tastefully decorated rooms in neutral fresh colors. The bedrooms consist of one Superking, two king size and two twin bedrooms, all with cable TV, new comforters and bedding.

The Villa is open plan with large cathedral ceilings. The great room overlooks the pool and spa and beyond to the Lake area.
The kitchen area is oversized and this offers a seperate informal dining area in addition to a formal dining room with a solid wood table and eight chairs.

We have recently installed digital cable television which offers 200+ channels and we are pleased to have introduced "Road Runner" internet access with a PC and monitor for the 2008 - 09 season. Free phone calls to USA and UK landlines are also available.

Our home features a great games room with a pool table, football and air hockey game and fishing rods for the lake.


 

The 30' pool is one of the largest in the immediate area and features a seperate spa. Both can be heated in the cooler months at an extra charge.

This area also comprises a large lanai with a large table and chairs offering a shaded area to enjoy a cool drink or a sunshine breakfast .

The large deck area also allows lots of room to stretch out on the sunloungers and soak up the atomsphere and enjoy the music from the piped sound system.
A small barbeque is available for use by guests. 

Sunridge Woods is situated minutes away from the famous Greg Norman designed "Championsgate" golf resort and the main "Interstate 4" which allows easy access to Disney (first slip road) and Hollywood studios and Epcot, or stay on the "4" for Universal, Seaworld and Cape Canaveral or head onthe "4" West to Clearwater, Busch Gardens and Tampa.
The famous highway 192 is also close by with shopping, restaurants and malls to suit all tastes and budgets. 

Villa sits on the banks of the lake.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, a patio area, interesting views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

Close to the villa you will find golf, tennis, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, water skiing, walking, horse riding.
