Our spacious 2 storey villa has high vaulted ceilings and a large private screened pool and deck, overlooking a beautiful lake. The villa is fully air conditioned and has 2 master suites – providing all the space and amenities you need for a perfect home away from home.


 

Sunset Lakes is a secure private gated community set in a conservation area with executive homes surrounding 2 beautiful lakes which attract many varieties of wildlife and fish – perfect for an afternoon fishing. Have fun spotting the variety of birds, armadillos, racoons, herons and eagles!

Our villa is perfectly located - situated just off Highway 192 and only 4 miles from Disney, meaning that it is ideally situated for all main attractions. Why not spend a morning at the park, return for a cooling swim and relaxing lunch, before heading back for the evening entertainment?

Sunset Lakes is a short 5 minute drive to a 24hr supermarket shops and a fantastic selection of restaurants. Also in close proximity are the many superb golf courses and shopping opportunities!

Our luxury home provides spacious modern accommodation, with all amenities to ensure your stay is one you will always remember.  

The villa overlooks the lake and has a beautiful pool including toddler pool area and large deck, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the views. The pool area is completely screened to keep all bugs out and has lighting and ceiling fan. The outside area has table and chairs to enjoy al-freso dining, plus sun loungers and chairs.

The Lounge / Family Room is a bright, sunny open-plan area which opens on to the pool area via patio doors. The vaulted ceiling has a large ceiling fan and is open to the 2nd floor galleried landing. In addition the villa has a formal sitting room with formal dining area. The formal sitting area has a pull-out sofa bed if required.

Our modern kitchen is open-plan and overlooks the family room and breakfast nook with table and chairs. It has all mod-cons - dishwasher, microwave, fridge/freezer with ice and water dispenser, oven, coffee-maker. Also downstairs is a half bathroom, plus Laundry room with washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron.

The Waterside has 2 Master Bedrooms - one on each floor - both with large ensuite bathrooms. Master Suite 1 is located downstairs with luxury king size bed, walk in wardrobe and large en-suite bathroom consisting of his and hers vanity unit, double shower enclosure, private toilet and large jacuzzi style bath. The bedroom has sliding doors out to the pool area.

Master Suite 2 is located upstairs at one end of the hallway, and has the same facilities as Master Suite 1. This bedroom has a sunbathing balcony with lake views. At the other end of the hallway are bedrooms 3 and 4. Bedroom 3 has a double bed whilst Bedroom 4 has 2 twin beds. Inbetween bedrooms 3 and 4 is a full bathroom consisting of toilet, vanity unit and bath with shower over. All bedrooms have tvs.

All bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. We have put hairdryers in the villa for your convience. Also for your use there is a cot and high-chair.

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 1 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Front living room. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 4 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private north facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a north facing patio area, a north facing balcony, panoramic views, interesting views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.
