Pinnacle Villa is a luxurious, spacious and beautifully furnished 5 bedroom 4.5 Bathroom Villa with heated private pool and spa. This huge 3500 square foot five bedroom home boasts three master suites, each with ensuite facilities and 2 further twin rooms with shared bathroom, sleeping up to 10 people in comfort. All rooms have TVs installed and the huge "loft" area (one of 3 sitting rooms in the villa) also has large screen TV and PS/3 games console.

The villa boasts a formal living and dining room, for quiet relaxation offering style and comfort and has a nice spacious airy feel to it - perfect for relaxing with the family. A comfortable family room has a large screen TV and DVD and this is next to the family dining room and breakfast bar. The family room, kitchen & breakfast nook and family dining area are all open plan, so there is ample seating for all should you be traveling with a large group.  

All major domestic appliances are included a fridge freezer, microwave, dishwasher and cooker, as well as a coffee maker, toaster, blender, and other "essentials" to make your stay feel as close to home as possible. The villa is also equipped with a washer and dryer in the utility room for your convenience. Free WiFi internet access is provided (just bring your WiFi enabled laptop). A telephone with free local and national calls is included and full cable TV package is available free of charge. 

If its the outdoors you want, you can lounge by the heated pool or sit on the deck to feel the warmth of the Florida weather. Dont forget to take a dip in the pool and spa while you’re out there! The covered pool and deck is not overlooked to the rear and It has a table, chairs and loungers to help enhance your outdoor experience as well as having a convenient poolside bathroom. 

The villa also has a Sony Playstation 3 games console with games and is free of charge for guest use. There are TVs in every bedroom, Large screen TVs are also situated in the Family Room and in the Loft (upstairs sitting room). We provide free WiFi Internet, Free local phone calls and free cable TV.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 5 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find flying.
