The Sunset Palms Villa is situated in a Peaceful Gated Community which is just 10 minutes from the Disney World Resort Theme Park and Championship Golf Courses.

If you wish to eat out there are 2 Chinese restaurants, a Pizza restaurant, a Perkins restaurant, and even an English Pub that serves great food (inc Sunday Lunch all day every day) plus other restaurants and local shops that are only a 5 minute walk away.

Other than these local shops and restaurants, a 24 hour Wal-Mart Super Centre and a Publix Supermarket are only a Short Drive away. A much larger selection of restaurants for every taste and far more extensive shopping areas are within very easy reach.

The Sunset Palms Villa is in a Great Location for all the Disney Theme Parks, Orlando Main Attractions including Universal Studios and countless malls and discount stores. Slightly further away is Busch Gardens Animal and Adventure Park whilst the Florida Beaches and the Kennedy Space Centre can be reached on a lovely day out.

For Golf lovers, there are numerous championship courses locally, including the exceptional Champions Gate course designed by Greg Norman, the award-winning Southern Dunes course plus Highlands Reserve & Ridgewood Lakes courses which are all located within a few minutes drive. These courses offer 72 holes of golf and are regarded as some of the best in the country. 

Other than the bedrooms and the lounge there is also an additional room where you can go to sit, or lay down away from the family if needs be, just to relax and grab that extra portion of quiet time when required.

With 3 Cable TVs, a PlayStation and a DVD Player plus Hi-Speed Broadband Internet access, the Sunset Palms Villa is fully equipped for your Entertainment pleasure.

If you need to prepare food rather than eat out, then the Fully Equipped Kitchen which includes a Cooker, Microwave oven, Fridge Freezer with Ice Maker, etc, etc, plus of course a Dishwasher for cleaning up afterward, will help make the task that much easier.

A separate Washer and Dryer are provided for when you need to do your Laundry plus extras like a Hairdryer, Iron, Portable Crib, etc are also provided with our intention to make your vacation as enjoyable as possible.

The Villa can accommodate up to 8 people at any one time, has the following bedroom layouts:

Master Suite: Queen Size Bed (en-suite)
2nd Bedroom: Double Bed
3rd Bedroom: Twin Beds
4th Bedroom: Twin Bunk Beds (suitable for both children and adults).

The Pool is Private, South Facing and Heated and is complete with comfortable pool furniture for you to enjoy those relaxing hot sunny days just lounging around. The pool furniture includes Loungers, Chairs, Sun Umbrella, etc, and the pool has a Safety Netted Area to keep the children safely away from the waters edge. 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the 4th bedroom. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming.

Close to the villa you will find golf, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, horse riding, a sports center, a zoo.

All the Theme Parks including Disney World, Universal Studios and Busch Gardens.
