Great location on the north end of old Anna Maria Island. Yards to the beach with a magnificent view of the bay from the deck. The interior offers a spacious, open floor plan with new hardwood floors and carpeting throughout. Fully fitted kitchen, own laundry area including washer and Dryer. Three bedroom, two bathroom sleeping five in comfort. Make no mistake this property is exceptional. Off road parking, there’s even room to park a boat or RV. Sleeps five.

The house comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 1 twin, 1 single, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 5 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The house has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use.

The house has television video, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 5 in the living room and 5 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

Smoking is allowed in this house.

The house is in a very quiet area. It has a west facing garden, a patio area, a balcony, sea views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The house is right beside a beach, swimming, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, fishing, walking, cycling, tennis, a sports center, historic sites, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Close to the house you will find golf, scuba diving, a museum, a theatre/cinema, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the house you will find a zoo, a themepark.

Spend some time with the Anna Maria old timers on the shuffleboard

Dawn says: "Beautiful, well stocked house in a lovely quiet position with a stunning garden. 2 blocks from bay beach or 10 minute walk to gulf coast powder sand beach and 5 minutes to free trolley bus stop. Only drawback, single bedroom does have a cupboard like feel to it (although it does have a window, maybe we are just too fussy), so maybe better suited to a family who's children are happy to share bedroom 2. Don't let the bedroom issue put you off, it is a great house and we felt really at home there. If you go during spring break why not watch baseball at the spring training grounds in Bradenton or Tampa? Excellent fishing off of local piers or the beach at the top of the island. Our favourite restaurant is in Bradenton Beach: The Sun House on Historic Bridge Street. "
