The kitchen is completely equipped with appliances including four plate electric hob with built in oven and grill, large upright fridge freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, blender, even a bagel toaster .... and a complete set of dishes, pots and pans, utensils and plasticware for the pool area. Breakfast and informal meals and snacks can be taken at the pub table which overlooks the pool and deck area.

Dining Area and Living Area

A large dining table and chairs will comfortably seat six people in style for that special occasion. Whilst if you just want to relax and watch TV, the living area has 2 large sofas a 42" TV with DVD, Video, and Time Warner Cable including 'Showtime' premium movies. Several pre-recorded DVDs are available.

3 Large Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms

All bedrooms tastefully furnished with modern contempory furniture and accessories, including clock radio. All have dressers and plenty of walk in closet space. King and Queen bedrooms have LCD TVs. Rooms are all individually air-conditioned with ceiling fans in some rooms for additional comfort. Linens, blankets, pillows are provided. Master bedroom has sliding glass doors to pool and patio area. Bath and pool towels are provided.

Master Bath

Large master bathroom with tub and shower. Washer and dryer included in the master bath suite for your convenience. 

Three Car Garage

A three car garage with a quality ping pong table and soccer table, and a long driveway that can hold a trailered small to medium boat (free boat ramps are available in several areas of Cape Coral).

Swimming Pool

Beautiful, large, sparkling, professionally maintained, in-ground pool with fibreoptic night lighting. Patio furniture and stereo speaker system provided for pool side entertaining. South facing patio area ensures continuous sunshine during the day, and then enjoy the sunset with a refreshing cocktail.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 1 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 6 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
