Welcome to Harrington House a newly built luxury golf course home, overlooking our large private pool which is heated for winter use and the sixth green of Stoneybrook our wonderful onsite golf course. The spacious lanai has a view westwards so you can enjoy wonderful sunsets cocktail in hand, after spending spending sunny afternoons relaxing by the pool... once you have finished that early round of golf or a shopping spree at nearby Ellerton Outlet Mall.

Harrington House is a bright sunny house which has been furnished and accessorized from new with up market products to make your stay comfortable and memorable. A large choice of shops and restaurants are all within a five minute drive.The white sandy beaches of Anna Marie Island are just 25 minutes drive and access to the Manatee river just 10 minutes by car.
