The cottage comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 4 double. The property also has 1 single sofa bed. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The cottage has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the cottage cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm. The cottage has a sauna.

The cottage has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming calls only. Recreational activities available with the cottage include table tennis.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. The open fire can be used to create a comfortable atmosphere. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The home is right across the road from Georgian Bay, and only 10 minutes from Collingwood. It was great for popping into town to pick up groceries. This property combines the best of all worlds, a rustic, cottage-like feel, with horseshoe pit, and fire pit, along with luxury amenities like hot tub, pool, and sauna. We'd reccomend this vacation property to anyone. In fact, our family is keen on the possibility of purchasing the property if the owner is ever interested in selling!"
