There are 3 master suites, 2 of them ingsize ,the 3rd queen all of them have en-suite bathrooms. One of these suites is downstairs for easy access.
There are a further 2 twin rooms, one of these 'Nemo'themed for the kids sharing a fourth bathroom.TV's and DVD's are in all bedrooms.Fully equipped Games room with full size pool table,fusball.electronic darts and electric air hockey. There is also a PS" and Xbox both with many games. A42" Plasma scrren in the 'Den' with a selection of DVD's to enjoy whilst sitting in the comfortable sectional luxury seating area of the 'Den'
The extended south facing pool and pool deck are equipped with beautiful padded loungers. There is a spa to enjoy aswell. At night you can light up the pool and watch the water feature whilst you enjoy that relaxing glass of wine.There is also a handy poolside restroom, great for the kids.

The Retreat at Legacy Prak is a Brand New Development off the US27. It is 1.5 miles south of the US 192. The villa is perfectly situated for all the THeme Parks of Disney and the other major attractions of Florida. Disney Woirld is only 7 miles away. Universal, Discovery Cove, Seaworld and International Drive are only a short drive away.
There are supermarkets and a largge Walmart within a couple of minutes drive.
There are many Golf courses including the famouds course at Chanpions Gate only a short drive away.
Within an hour you can be at the beautiful Cocoa Beach os the famous Kennedy Space Centre.
The Gulf Coast beaches and Busch Gardens are also with driving distanec for a lovely day out. 

The villa itself is very luxuriously furnished with a well equipped kitchen. There is a seperate laundry room for guests to use.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 3 double, 2 twin, 3 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Family room. This gives room for up to 12 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television and home cinema with video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 12 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.
