Situated on the quiet community of Glenbrook. Our villa has 4 bedrooms 2 of which are en-suite and 2 twin bedded rooms sharing the 3rd bathroom.
There is a formal living/dining room at the entrance to the villa, this room has a double sofa bed. The dining table has seating for 6.
The kitchen has everything you could wish for, including a table with seating for 4 and a breakfast bar.
The family room has a large cable TV, DVD, PS2 and a PC. We have provided CD's, DVD's, PS2 games plus plenty of books and board games.
Each bathroom has a hairdryer provided. 

The pool area and covered patio are a perfect way to relax after a long day at he parks or on a rest day.
Pool furniture is provided for you to enjoy. 

Within 2 miles of Glenbrook there are two supermarkets WalMart and Winn Dixie. There are also a few places to eat Wendy's, Taco Bell and Long John Silver's. The area is being developed further with shops and restaurants appearing all the time.
A car is recommended to fully enjoy your stay. You can drive to Kennedy Space Centre and Cocoa beach on the east in approz 1 hour and 15 minutes, Daytona beach also on the east coast is approx 1 hour and 30 minutes away.
Busch Gardens and the west coast beaches can be reached in a hour. 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Formal living area. This gives room for up to 10 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. A computer with Internet connection is also available for your use. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a north facing garden, a south facing patio area, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find sailing, fishing, walking, cycling, horse riding, golf, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, flying, a theatre/cinema, shopping areas.

Volley ball, multi gym & pool on site at resort clubhouse. Airboat rides at Boggy Creek.

Noel says: "Kitchen was not very well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, etc. Pool was not heated as requested and we were not reimbursed for this. Owners said maintenance company were by to check on it and it was heated, but we never saw the maintenance people and the pool was definitely not heated. We have rented many Florida homes in the past, and this one was okay, but not on par with the others."
