Our Holiday Home is a brand new 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom luxury villa in prime position set on a beautiful conservation plot with fabulous views. The villa is ideally located on Highway 27 and is just 7 miles (a 10 minute car ride) from Walt Disney World.

The spacious 3650sq ft villa offers luxury accommodation for up to 11 people. There are two beautifully furnished double bedrooms – the mastersuite has a king size four poster bed, walk in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom.
There are a further three twin bedrooms. Two of the twin bedrooms are Disney themed – these are ideal guest rooms for children and would make their stay truly magical. The villa has extremely high standards of housekeeping!
 

The villa has many amenities on site such as the private heated pool & spa with amazing views over the conservation area. The relaxing spa is the perfect place to unwind after a day at the theme parks! The pool patio doors are fitted with a child alarm and a safety fence is provided for ultimate child safety. A dining area and sun loungers are on the pool deck.
There is also a games room with a pool table, an air hockey table and foosball table and the 52” TV with cable & DVD player in the family room is sure to keep everyone entertained. The villa also has a telephone with free local calls (long distance by phone card) & wireless broadband/internet access.

The villa comprises 5 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 3 twin and 1 cots, 2 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double bunk bed located in the The 2nd childrens guest room contains a bunk bed which sleeps 3 - it has a double mattress on the bottom and a single mattress on the top.. This gives room for up to 11 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 4 bathrooms and 5 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls. Recreational activities available with the villa include a snooker/pool table.

There is room for 10 in the living room and 10 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private swimming pool, a garden, panoramic views. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage.
