Our villa is located in the quite part of the exclusive sort after development of Westridge in Davenport.

Westridge is a beautiful site, approximately 10 years old, with established well maintained landscaping with no building works either within earshot or within sight of our villa.

Westridge housing plots are also much larger than they build nowadays so you have much more privacy than on many of the new developments.

Our villa is fully furnished to the highest standards, and includes a privately situated screened, directly, south facing pool - so you can enjoy sunshine on the pool area all day. The open plan design of the property gives a spacious and comfortable feeling inside.

Westridge is a well established and maintained development, close to theme parks & golf courses (see Tell Me More section).

Our villa is full of many upgrades, the furniture in the lounge, dining room and master bedroom have all been hand picked for their quality and luxury. For the times you wish to relax in the villa we have provided high quality electrical entertainment gear including a SONY WEGA flat screened TV in the lounge, a multi-region DVD which will play Region 1 (US) and Region 2 (UK) DVDs - a large selection of DVDs are provided for all ages to enjoy.

Younger children will love the Mickey bedroom, all bedding is direct from Disney, a TV of their own and a Playstation 2 with games ...... the kids will be in heaven!

Our pool area is particularly lovely. It is directly south facing so you have sun all day long, and it is surrounded by lush landscaping making it both very private and quite. Sun worshippers and kids will love this. Luxury garden furniture is provided as well as many inflatables and toys so the kids can start enjoying themselves as soon as they get there.  

We purchased our villa specifically as a holiday home for our family, as such we wanted to make sure we had every luxury that we have at our home in the UK. You will therefore find that our villa has been furnished to the highest standards.

Many of our regular guests love the fact that they feel like they are staying in someones home as opposed to someones business. Many have commented on how comfortable they feel, and sad they are to leave. All that matters is that all our guests enjoy their holiday as much as we enjoy ours.

All our rooms are of good size, and we have made sure the beds are comfortable! We have a large open plan lounge/dining/kitchen area with high ceilings which is typically Floridian. The villa is air conditioned in summer and heated in winter.

Our pool area is directly south facing. Its a larger pool with plenty of decking for loungers - there are loungers/chairs and recliners on the decking area for 8 people. The pool area itself is surrounded by lush landscaping which makes it nicely private and quite - great to relax in after a full day at the theme parks or on the golf course. 

 

The villa comprises 4 bedrooms in total; 2 double, 2 twin and 1 cots, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. . This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television video, dvd, satellite/cable. The music system will play cassettes, cds, radio. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 8 in the living room and 8 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private south facing swimming pool, access to a shared south facing swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area, a barbeque. If you are driving there is a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, walking, cycling, tennis.

Close to the villa you will find golf, shopping areas, a themepark, a restaurant, a food shop.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find water skiing, flying, a theatre/cinema.
