It is ideally located just off the I4 for easy access to all of Floridas attractions.The Clubhouse with bar and restaurant is five minutes walk away. Disney and Seaworld are a twenty minute drive. For the golfer the driving range, putting green and first tee are a mere five minutes walk from your front door. The beaches of Clearwater are a forty minute drive from your door 

The Living Room is open plan and contains two large luxurious sofas. If required one of the sofas can be easily converted into a double bed.

There is a large TV in the Living Room, it has cable TV with approximate 70 channels providing something for everyone. There is also a DVD player if you would prefer to watch one of the latest movies.

There is a large washing machine and tumble drier located in the integral garage, which can be accessed from inside the house.

Located conveniently between the Living room and the Kitchen is the Dining area. This area contains a large table and 6 chairs, with 2 stools situated at the breakfast bar.

Patio doors give direct access out to the pool deck as well as a great view.

The Master bedroom has a large double bed and a luxury en-suite bathroom. The room has a cable TV, radio alarm clock and also has a large walk-in closet for your storage needs. This room has a beautiful view over the pool deck to the golf course.

The second bedroom contains a double sized bed while the third bedroom contains two single beds. Both rooms have large build-in wardrobes.

There is an extra charge for pool heating (this is recommended from October to the end of March if you wish to use the pool). The surrounding patio is furnished with chairs, a table and loungers to allow you to relax and top up your tan in the Florida sun.

The pool deck is fully screened which helps to keep the pool clean and keeps the insects out. The pool is serviced weekly.

You will enjoy the services of a local management company who will offer any assistance or advice you may need whilst in residence.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms in total; 1 double, 2 twin, 1 of the bedrooms with en-suite facilities. The property also has 1 double sofa bed located in the Living Area. This gives room for up to 8 people. Bed linen and towels are provided for your use.

The villa has 2 bathrooms and 2 WCs for your party's use. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool. Central heating keeps you snug and warm.

The villa has television dvd, satellite/cable. If you need to keep in contact there is a telephone for incoming and outgoing calls.

There is room for 6 in the living room and 6 in the dining room. To prepare food you will find a cooker, an oven, a microwave, a fridge, a freezer, a kettle, a toaster. You will also find a dish washer, a washing machine, a clothes drier, an iron and ironing board. The owner has also provided cutlery, crockery, glassware, cooking utensils.

The villa is in a very quiet area. It has a private east facing swimming pool, access to a shared east facing swimming pool, a garden, interesting views, a tennis court. If you are driving there is private parking and a garage with the outside areas of the house having external lighting.

The villa is right beside swimming, fishing, walking, golf, tennis, a sports center, shopping areas, a restaurant.

Close to the villa you will find a theatre/cinema, a themepark.

Within easy reach of the villa you will find a beach, sailing, water skiing, boat hire, wind surfing, climbing, flying, cycling, horse riding, scuba diving, historic sites, a museum, a zoo.
